Ask ChatGPT or Claude to price your retreat, training camp, surf or dive trip, or fishing or hunting package from its costs, or to compare booking fees. The same math as our pricing calculator.

What it does

From the trip's nights, guests and costs (venue or rooms, food, guides or teachers, activities, other costs): break-even per guest, a suggested price that covers costs, fees and your target profit, prices per room type, a deposit, profit when full and at 70% full, the guests needed to break even, and what a marketplace commission would take.

Compare booking costs compare_booking_costs

From your bookings per season and average booking value: what a marketplace commission costs compared with booking direct (platform fee plus card processing), in total and per booking.

Both tools only calculate: they don't change anything, don't need an account and work in any currency. Card fees are an estimate and vary by country.

How to add it

Claude

Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, name it “Crux Trip and Package Pricing” and paste the URL below. No sign-in is needed.

ChatGPT

The ChatGPT app directory listing isn't live yet. Until it is, ChatGPT accounts with developer mode turned on can add it as a custom connector with the URL below.

Privacy

The app receives only the numbers needed for the calculation and the name of the assistant calling it. It doesn't receive your conversation or who you are, and it doesn't store what you enter: we keep a daily count of how often each calculation is used. Details are in section 8 of our privacy policy.
